L@SS Pre-Season Launch 2011

An intimate soiree was held tonight to launch the first event of the Ladies At Sydney Swans season for 2011.
Founded last year, L@SS aims to be a support for the club by giving women a place to meet with like-minded Swans fans, attend exclusive events (like tonight’s one), raise money for charities and the Sydney Swans Academy and have a place to talk about all things footy in a male-free environment – except for the ocassional player who comes to shed some light on the upcoming season 
Tonight’s speakers from the Club were Ryan O’Keefe and Nick Smith. They were quizzed by SBS’s Jenny Brockie about nutrition, the new interchange rules and dealing with harsh critics.
Sydney Swans Board Member, Lyn Ralph, then briefed us on exciting new ventures for the season and left us counting down the minutes until kick off!
